1968 Camaro Z-28

This is a photo-gallery of a good friends 68 Z28. He owned this car in the mid 80's and then tracked the car down about 12 years ago, he kept in touch with the owner and then negotiated the repurchase of the car in July of 2005. It had been restored in the meantime but has only had 200 miles put on it in the last 10 years. The car was purchased new in Columbia SC and has spent it's entire life in the state. He has spoken to the original owner and has located a few of the missing parts. The car shows extremely well for a 12 year old restoration. The paint is near flawless. The first 2 rows of pictures are the cars exactly as we "found" it. He picked it up on a rollback (it had not been started in 2 years) put a set of Torque Thrusts on it and drove it to a local cruise in. The car will undergo a thorough detailing of the suspension and engine compartment over the winter.
